Event Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data controller

JJneurons processes personal information to manage registrations and organize the DocenTour × AnuPing event 「다음 여행, 지금 여기」 on 3 October 2026. This policy applies only to registration for this event. General use of either app is subject to that app’s own privacy policy.

2. Information collected and purposes

Required information

Information: name, phone number, email address, and number of companionsPurposes: processing registrations, managing capacity and bank transfers, sending attendance information and contacting participants, providing three months each of the DocenTour Premium plan and AnuPing Star Pass, and handling inquiries

Information: a destination you would like to visitPurpose: understanding participants’ travel interests

Information generated or recorded during registration

Information: registration number (UUID), registration time, applicable fee, and whether the applicant confirmed completing the bank transferPurposes: identifying registrations, preventing duplicates, and managing participation fees and registration records

We collect information you enter or select in the registration form. We collect only the number of companions, not their names or contact details. The referring person’s name is required only if you select “A friend.” You may register without selecting how you heard about the event.

If you choose not to provide required information, we may be unable to process your registration. You may register without providing optional information. Confirmation of a completed bank transfer is the applicant’s own declaration and is recorded separately from verification of the actual payment.

3. Retention and deletion

We delete personal information without delay once its processing purpose has been fulfilled, and no later than three months after the event ends, by 3 January 2027. The same rule applies to optional information, including destinations and how participants heard about the event.

However, where transaction records must be retained by law, we retain separately only the information needed for those records.

Records of contracts or withdrawal from a contract, payments, and provision of services: 5 years

Names and contact details needed to identify the parties, registration details, amounts, and payment and service fulfillment records

Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

Names and contact details, details of inquiries or disputes, and records of their handling

Legal basis for retention: Article 6 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

When the retention period or statutory retention period ends, we identify the information to be deleted and erase electronic files using a method that prevents recovery. Any printed records are shredded.

4. Sharing information to provide the AnuPing benefit

AnuPing is operated by AnuAI Inc. (주식회사 아누에이아이), a company separate from JJneurons. We share the information below only after obtaining separate consent.

The information is deleted without delay once the purpose of sharing has been fulfilled and is retained for no longer than three months after the event ends, until 3 January 2027.

You may attend the event even if you decline consent to this sharing, but you may not be able to receive the AnuPing Star Pass benefit.

The event information page sends requests to Google Fonts to display fonts. Event registration information is not stored in cookies or browser local storage.

6. Protection of personal information

Registration information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We restrict direct access to the database to protect registration information.

7. Your rights and contact information

To request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of its processing, or withdrawal of consent, contact help@jjneurons.com. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law after verifying the requester’s identity. Deletion of records that must be retained by law may be restricted during the retention period.
